Pilot Plant in compliance with GMP
For manufacturing some kg to some tens kg of API, a pilot plant in compliance with GMP is full-equipped, as well, where synthesis is wholly implemented under clean environment utilizing independent air condition including medium class filter. Moreover, air shower, pass box, and anteroom are provided in the clean room in a corner, which is controlled under a positive air pressure using clean air supplied through HEPA filter.
