JHP Juzen Hydrogen Plant
JHP is dedicated to hydrogenation reactions and ultra-low temperature reactions. A wide range of scale reactions are carried out in this dedicated plant.
Features of JHP and Synthesis Facility
- A three-story plant with a total floor area of 9,444㎡
- GL hydrogenation reactors with capacities of 0.5㎥ and 3㎥ (hydrogen pressure < 1 MPa) and Hastelloy ultra-low-temperature reactors with capacities of 0.5㎥ and 2㎥ are installed. This setup allows for a wide range of reactions across various scales and liquid states.
- Based on the design philosophy at the time of construction, the plant is designed with a strip structure to ensure safety in the event of incidents such as a hydrogen gas leak.
- JHP also complies with GMP, employing booths during charging operation. Additionally, solid-liquid separation and drying can be carried out within the segregated rooms to prevent contamination.
- Approx, 5kg – 60kg intermediates of investigational drug substances or commercial drugs can be produced.
