Pilot Plant
Features of Facility
- JPP-Ⅱ is equipped with a GMP-compliant pilot plant of 171㎡ area on the 5th to 6th floors, capable of GMP manufacturing of APIs from a few kg to several tens kg.
- Reaction vessels ranging from 50L to 600L are installed. Solid-liquid separation can be performed using a centrifuge within a clean booth of Class 100,000.
- A Class 100,000 clean room is equipped in the same area, enabling drying and packaging of APIs by using a tray dryer.
- Availability of the utility facilities in JPP-Ⅱ allows for reactions across a wide range of temperatures.
